Continuous Improvement Culture

Our KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement) Activities

Fostering a continuous improvement mindset among all employees to enhance quality, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.

KAIZEN Suggestion System

Our KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement) Activities

The number of employees' suggestions for KAIZEN activities has been increasing year by year. From just a few topics per month at the beginning, we now regularly receive over 50 improvement proposals each month. Outstanding contributors are awarded monthly, and we hold a bi-annual KAIZEN Contest featuring 14 competing teams.
