Our KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement) Activities
The number of employees' suggestions for KAIZEN activities has been increasing year by year. From just a few topics per month at the beginning, we now regularly receive over 50 improvement proposals each month. Outstanding contributors are awarded monthly, and we hold a bi-annual KAIZEN Contest featuring 14 competing teams.

Delivery KAIZEN
【BEFORE】Manual label checking occasionally caused delivery preparation bottlenecks.
【AFTER】Barcode scanner verification was integrated before dispatch, achieving a 100% zero-error rate.
